Payment Options: Our preferred payment method is through our secure online credit card facility. We accept MasterCard and VISA only.
Alternatively, we can arrange payment by direct deposit, bank cheque, money order or personal cheque (products are not shipped until funds are received and cleared). If you wish to use any of these alternate options please select other in the checkout page and we will email you with further instructions.
Return Policy: Only if the product is defective will Candle World exchange the item (You must notify us by email within 7 days of receipt of goods.) Any damage incurred in transit by Australia Post will be the responsibility of the purchaser to claim from Australia Post and complete all appropriate paper work and proof of damaged packaging to your local post office. Candle World will not accept responsibility for items lost in transit unless insurance is requested and this claim must be made within 7 days of dispatch.
Shipping: All Candle World products are shipped using the Australia Post network. Please allow 2-3 days for delivery to most capital cities, 3-6 days for most regional areas. We will endeavour to have your order shipped the next business day upon receipt of payment.
Our standard delivery is via regular mail and we charge a flat postage and handling fee of $9.40 per order. Registered post will incur an additional charge of $4.00. Please note that if a bulk purchase is made and discount given, ACTUAL postage and handling costs will be charged to the order.
As we use third party carriers for delivery of our products, Candle World, its associated affiliates, staff or management accept responsibility for late delivery, damage or consequential losses.
If you have purchased a candle or gift item that is currently on back order, we will wait until your entire purchase is available to be shipped before posting to you. However, if you would like to receive the stock that is currently available we can arrange this for you; we may have to charge additional postage for the remaining items once they are received in our warehouse.
